So according to my sisters Wii (since I was traveling away from my beloved and hated scale) I have gained .7 pounds this week ... Let me just tell you, it's bad enough that I gained but weighing on a Wii is just the rudest way to do this ... the Wii is an ASS!! Also when you are using someone's mii who is at least 5 inches taller than you (and according to the weight gain) 55 lbs smaller, not an uplifitig expierence ha!
Overall though I still feel good, and its a brand new week ... now I am off to the Cheesecake factory ... oh yea, its on!!

Eating Out Challenges
So both yesterday and today have been hurdles with eating out. Yesterday was pizza day .. I was pretty good and got thin crust with veggis, but I did indulge in a delicioud breadstick with some amazing garlic butter sauce. And today was a co-workers birthday lunch at a chinese restaurant ... I got online, took their lunch menu and got the calorie and such information so I could choose what I wanted before we left so it wasn't a guessing game when we got back to the office.
I still find it hard to eat out sometimes, you don't always want to be the girl having her phone on the table so you can "out food in" every time you eat, especially when you are out with friends. However if you have friends like mine that like to decide where to eat in the heat of the moment there isnt much "pre planning" time. But we all get through it and do what we can (well at least thats what my mom says lol).

Tomorrow I will:
- drive to see sister and her new house!
- eat yummy food and drink yummy wine
- hug harley really tight and tell her to take care of uncle while he "watches" her

Weddings and Weight Loss
Well I did better than I thought I would this week ... I have lost .5 lbs to add to the total of 13 lbs! This week I was pretty good about my eating but this weekend was a challenge, J and I went out of town to a friends wedding and spent the weekend in Cincinnati (and yes I can only spell that while singing the Babes in Toyland song in my head). We had wedding reception food, popeyes chicken (more importantly the biscuits lol), a GIANT soft pretzel and cheese at the zoo, and Hooters wings for dinner .... oh and TGIFridays for lunch today :) It was delicious!!
I am pretty proud of myself and the little loss this week, as I had resigned myself to simply be happy with ability to maintain this week. Loosing (even half a pound) was a kick ass victory ... yes there will be a dance later.

Tomorrow I Will:
- go to work and do my very best

For My Sist
So my sister text me an complained that I need to blog every day ... so of course like a good little sister I will compromise and try every other day ... I HAVE A LIFE lol (not really but its fun to play make believe ha!). And yes she reads this purely because the horrible grammatic errors make her feel good about her writting skills :)
So today I got thrown through a loop because my pole dance fitness, oh yeah I'm that girl, got rescheduled. Not a big deal except I re-worked my work schedule to be 9:30-5:30 on wednesdays so I can play tennis in the mornings with my mom, and go to pole dance after work at 6pm, and since its closer to my work than home, this was a perfect solution. Of course I didn't know my class was cancelled until I got to work .... BUT good news, I have scheduled a last minute private ballet lesson at a dance studio one of my friends tipped me off about, so yeah we shall see how this goes ... all else fails, I am still getting my 1 hour of dance in today.
Feeling great after announcing my 12.5 lbs loss in the last 5 weeks ... although it did feel weird putting it out into the world on FB that I'm trying to loose weight ... guess that just feels more public than a random blog I write that I think only my sister and reandom dave ramsey friends read ha! I am really proud of myself though ... and I will loose the other 40-50 lbs before my birthday in 9 months (or at least I am going to try REALLY hard ha!)

- walk the dog ... gotta stick to my plan/schedule that I spent so much time color coding
- eat a lean cuisine for lunch, I have two good ones in the fridge that need eating
- not have as many bruises as last week after pole dancing LOL
- Pack for the wedding in Ohio

Once a Week
So because honestly I am writting this all for my own enjoyment, I have cut back to updating once a week. I did my weigh in and I am down another pound making my total 10.5 LBS!!!!! I am so excited and am loving this journey. Trying to loose this weight has caused me to be a little braver, a little bolder, and honestly kinder to myself than I ever have been. I realized I have enough outside influences being mean to my body and self-esteem that I don't need to take wacks at them as well.
Tonight I attempt fitness pole dancing. I took a couple classes in Chicago with Steph and Debs and I am excited to go back, since obviously I remember nothing and still have no upper body strength lol The good news is I will only be with three other people and I am sure they will look just as fantastically bad as I do.

Current Weight: 199.5lbs (ONE-DERLAND!)
This week I will:

- Enjoy time with Josh <3

The BK Lounge
Yes ... today I ate the Burger King, and it wasn't what I remembered it to be ha! I tried the new sweet potato fires and those (for a fast food place) were pretty good ... the whopper jr however, was no where near as meaty and delicious as I remember it being, I just remember it being bigger with more meat.
Good news I still have over 500 calories to use on dinner ... bad news, it's because I didn't really eat breakfast ha!

- finish my room re-do
- weigh in and hopefully keep my momentum even if there isn't weight loss

Tennis Champ
Loving the little vicotry today ... I did not let meyself "fake" sick and skip going to tennis practice. I went, and had an amazing improvement in my short game as well as my serve. Really glad i didn't miss me being awesome today ha!
Ate pretty well today (treated myself to a small piece of fudge at work, it was worth it!) with my lean cuisine at lunch, and a banana and string cheese for breakfast. Not quite sure what dinner will hold but I am sure something yummy!

- try my new workout app on my phone (freebie!)
- eat a big dinner (bc I wanna, and I like dinner)

Power of Suggestion
Oh yeah suggestions can get you 300 calories past where you thought you were going to be for a meal ... things like "how about breadsticks" ha! WEl lthat was today for me ... but still not doing too shabby. I have found that as the days go by it has become easier for me to get passed the little setbacks that before wouldve knocked straight into a bag of doritos ha!
Today was a rough one ... woke up late, crazed at work, breadsticks at lunch ... but it can only go up right? ha!

- have a good breakfast (not just string cheese as I sprint out the door)
- enjoy my day ... SLOWLY lol
