Oh yeah suggestions can get you 300 calories past where you thought you were going to be for a meal ... things like "how about breadsticks" ha! WEl lthat was today for me ... but still not doing too shabby. I have found that as the days go by it has become easier for me to get passed the little setbacks that before wouldve knocked straight into a bag of doritos ha!
Today was a rough one ... woke up late, crazed at work, breadsticks at lunch ... but it can only go up right? ha!
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 200.5 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- have a good breakfast (not just string cheese as I sprint out the door)
- enjoy my day ... SLOWLY lol
- take pleasure in the sleeping in since I'm staying later today
