So because honestly I am writting this all for my own enjoyment, I have cut back to updating once a week. I did my weigh in and I am down another pound making my total 10.5 LBS!!!!! I am so excited and am loving this journey. Trying to loose this weight has caused me to be a little braver, a little bolder, and honestly kinder to myself than I ever have been. I realized I have enough outside influences being mean to my body and self-esteem that I don't need to take wacks at them as well.
Tonight I attempt fitness pole dancing. I took a couple classes in Chicago with Steph and Debs and I am excited to go back, since obviously I remember nothing and still have no upper body strength lol The good news is I will only be with three other people and I am sure they will look just as fantastically bad as I do.
Starting Weight: 210lbs
Current Weight: 199.5lbs (ONE-DERLAND!)
This week I will:
- exercise more!
- walk Harley
- Enjoy time with Josh <3
