So this week I have not been so great about eating ... and I don't mean eating healthy ... I mean eating at all. I haven't been eating breakfast because I keep sleeping in, and lately if I work late or have something after work I sometimes only have a banana or chex mix instead of dinner.
I need to actually eat, eat healthy, and eat on a schedule again ...

Fatty Fat Fat Dance
Today I am doing my fatty dance ha! I ate SO much good food ... 1400 calories of it :( However I enjoyed my time with my co-workers at the food trucks and I LOVED the bean dip my daddy made for dinner.
Not much else to report other than work stressing me the F*** out BAD! sometimes its hard for me to ask for help, and I get discouraged when I do and it seems like the one person who shouldn't be the one I rely on is, and I feel bad asking. (sorry weird thought but I just needed to put it out there)
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 190 lbs (prob.)
Tomorrow I will:
- not go over 1200 calories, AND get in 200 calories from working out
- walk 3 or more miles with Harley, she earned it today
- get excited about fun things during frustrating times

A New Challenge
Sorry I have been MIA for a few days but I have been gearing up for a "mini challenge" (yes it needs to be in quotes because there is nothing MINI about it ha!) with my co-workers. The hardest part of this challenge for me ... no stepping on a scale for 50 days!! So after weighing this last weekend, I will not be weighing in again until December 2nd (oyh!).
Challenges Guidelines (in 50 Days):
- Log 2000 Fitness Minutes
- Walk/Run 100 miles
- Do a plank a day
- Eat 250 servings of Fruit and Veggies
- Drink 500 eight oz glasses of water
- Go 25 days without eating added sugar (we all have different definitions on this one)
- Complete 20 random acts of kindness (my favorite part)
- Go 50 days without stepping on a scale
(yes I am terrified!) I think this will prove to be fun ... but HARD!! thankfully, I have some great friends to do this with, and a great support system around me.
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 190 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- eat 5 or more servings of fruits and veggies
- try to run for 6 minutes straight
- do my best to give the scale the stink eye

Dirty Words
So I did not meet my goal this last week ... however i did loose 3 LBS!!! So only 1lb away form that 2+2 goal from last week. This week I have a bit of a different goal, I want to make sure I meet or exceed my "burn 900 calories" in a week goal from My Fitness Pal. They gave me a gial of calories I need to burn every week in roder to have the weight loss I want, 900 calories ... oyh! (I am tired already!)
Now on to the dirty words .... here are the top 5 words I think are dirty, especially while processing a lifestyle change lol:
1. running (I AM NOT and WILL NOT be a runner)
2. cake (it's too good ... and the devil lol)
3. Hot yoga (yes two words but TOO much sweat and people touching)
4. "why don't we ..." (yes I know its a phrase but still, usually never followed by "eat some pie")
5. MOIST (mostly testing to see if my sister is reading ha!)

- bring my lunch to work
- talk the dog to her new daycare

Food Fight
Today I was lazy ... I once again went out to lunch because I was too lazy to pack one this AM, and it cost me 800 calories ... they were DELICOUS ... but not really worth the guilt. I need to find a way to motivate myself again ... I feel like that slip last week maybe caused more of an inner issue than I was willing to admit.
I still have those dreams of being the girl who can eat/drink whatever I want and it not be so hard ... I can be the girls whose body doesn't betray her every time she eats a hamburger, or has that second beer. oh well ...

- get a game plan
- look cute

Fat Girl Day
So today and yesterday have been GLOOMY and COLD. The urge to just hang out and eat all night is STRONG! MUST FIGHT URGE!!
So today I will do at least 20 minutes of exercise, and increase as I go ... prolly wont make the goal of 2+2 lbs.
sorry it's a short post but the cold is fighting back ha!

Tomorrow I will:
- work out for 40 mins
- try not to eat everything in sight
- enjoy the high points and not let the lows stress me out
