So I did not meet my goal this last week ... however i did loose 3 LBS!!! So only 1lb away form that 2+2 goal from last week. This week I have a bit of a different goal, I want to make sure I meet or exceed my "burn 900 calories" in a week goal from My Fitness Pal. They gave me a gial of calories I need to burn every week in roder to have the weight loss I want, 900 calories ... oyh! (I am tired already!)
Now on to the dirty words .... here are the top 5 words I think are dirty, especially while processing a lifestyle change lol:
1. running (I AM NOT and WILL NOT be a runner)
2. cake (it's too good ... and the devil lol)
3. Hot yoga (yes two words but TOO much sweat and people touching)
4. "why don't we ..." (yes I know its a phrase but still, usually never followed by "eat some pie")
5. MOIST (mostly testing to see if my sister is reading ha!)
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 190 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- bring my lunch to work
- talk the dog to her new daycare
- eat light since I won't get much chance to exercise
