A New Challenge

Sorry I have been MIA for a few days but I have been gearing up for a "mini challenge" (yes it needs to be in quotes because there is nothing MINI about it ha!) with my co-workers. The hardest part of this challenge for me ... no stepping on a scale for 50 days!! So after weighing this last weekend, I will not be weighing in again until December 2nd (oyh!).

Challenges Guidelines (in 50 Days):

- Log 2000 Fitness Minutes
- Walk/Run 100 miles
- Do a plank a day
- Eat 250 servings of Fruit and Veggies
- Drink 500 eight oz glasses of water
- Go 25 days without eating added sugar (we all have different definitions on this one)
- Complete 20 random acts of kindness (my favorite part)
- Go 50 days without stepping on a scale

(yes I am terrified!) I think this will prove to be fun ... but HARD!! thankfully, I have some great friends to do this with, and a great support system around me.

Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 190 lbs

Tomorrow I will:

- eat 5 or more servings of fruits and veggies
- try  to run for 6 minutes straight
- do my best to give the scale the stink eye
