So this week I have not been so great about eating ... and I don't mean eating healthy ... I mean eating at all. I haven't been eating breakfast because I keep sleeping in, and lately if I work late or have something after work I sometimes only have a banana or chex mix instead of dinner.
I need to actually eat, eat healthy, and eat on a schedule again ...
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current WEight: 190 lbs
Tomorrow I Will:
- eat on a schedule ... ever 3 hours
- hug Harley tight before she goes to day care for the weekend
- think of 3 kind things to do for others
