So today and yesterday have been GLOOMY and COLD. The urge to just hang out and eat all night is STRONG! MUST FIGHT URGE!!
So today I will do at least 20 minutes of exercise, and increase as I go ... prolly wont make the goal of 2+2 lbs.
sorry it's a short post but the cold is fighting back ha!

Current Weight: 193 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- work out for 40 mins
- try not to eat everything in sight
- enjoy the high points and not let the lows stress me out
