Anger Eating

a few weeks ago I went to a happy hour with a couple of friends and we discussed what we affectionatley call "Anger Eating" ha! Basically ti's when you are fed up with your day, your life at that point, or just anything in particular and you use good food to soothe that pain. The problem with this, we all agreed, is we do not "Anger Exercise" enough to balance the amount of "Anger Eating" we do.

This week was a great opportunity for me to fall into bad habits and anger eat myself out of all my progress. Work was no good, I felt stressed the entire week and just could not find a groove. Personal life kinda blew as well, I am single again and not happy about it. Just these reasons alone could cause a girl to go into a pizza and pop shame spiral REAL quick! I have done pretty okay, not a perfect week (there was for sure some pizza and frozen yogurt in my life to sooth my bruises) but I kept it together for the most part. I exercised, I went to my FPU lass, and I didn't slap anyone across the face (yes I was being called the "slap bandit" at work Friday because of some need to slap a few friends lol).

today I attempt the 10 minute run ... pray for me ... and my running partners because honestly they get my verbal backlash ha!

Starting Weight: 210 lbs
current Weight: 194.5 lbs

Tomorrow I Will:

- go to church with mom
- have a fun lunch with my mom
- NOT run (its a rest day)
- find an activity to make me happy once a week (no food!)
