So i've gotten very busy and realized it's been 9 days since I last posted, so I will give some highs and lows of the last nine days:
Highs:
- I am down 19 lbs total .. and LOVING it!
- I finally posted a picture of myself on FB (and got such wonderful resposne from friends and family)
- Harley is doing well, and slowly getting rid of some of her puppy behaviors
- I am getting back in budget groove, and finding what works best for me (technology vs. old school)
Lows:
- not running as often as I should, took too many rest days last week
- getting a little loose with my eating habits when around friends
- drinking my calories (beer is good lol)
so obviously no one is perfect, and I have no goals of perfection. I will however strive to be the best me I can be (oh yeah I'm sure theres a cheesy song in their somewhere lol).

Current Weight: 191 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- eat breakfast, still struggling with this
- not drink my calories in beer at GNO
- do something nice for someone just because I can
