Okay so maybe not vanish ... but hey, I'm looking good any way you look at me ha! I am so pumped, weighed in on Sunday and lost 2 POUNDS!!!! 4.5 more pounds and I will post the "session 1" pictures ... session 1 goal: 20 lbs, session 2 goal: 20 lbs, session 3 goal: 30 lbs ... goal weight 140 lbs!
Today was not a great day ... feeling stressed and tired ... and my horseback ridding lesson was cancelled :( I will look on the bright side that its been a good calorie day for me, and I hope to finish it out strong.
Tonight I have an event to host but thankfully it won't go too late and not too many treats to tempt me away from that 1200 goal for the day :)
Starting Weight : 210 lbs
Current Weight: 194.5 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- run 7 minutes ... even though I hate it
- eat a yummy and healthy lunch and breakfast
- love on Harley ... she can always use extra love
- get excited for the relaxing weekend ahead!
