Yes ... you guessed it ... I gained :( obviously vacation and I do not get along lol Went to Chicago this weekend and drank myself back two pounds. I did do pretty well with my food but I need to learn to cut back on the drinks or make better choices on what I'm drinking (aka NOT hawiian punch mixed with champange and sherbert lol).
Overall though still feeling good, and ready to kick it into high gear this week ... goal: loose those two pounds + another = total of three ... If I loose 4 pounds I will post a side by side comparison shot of myself and buy a new top :) ... a little treat for everyone lol
starting weight: 210 lbs
current weight: 193 lbs
tomorrow I will:
- kick my butt all over this town and run 7 mins straight
- look at an apartment with the potential roomie
- make Harley tired
