Well I weighed in and got my boost for the week ... now a new challenge, going on a work trip to CT and trying to keep up exercise and eating right. Can it be done?? We will see ha!
So of course I will not be posting until I get back on Monday evening ... I hope the 2 people reading my random thoughts can survive without me ha!
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 201.5 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- Exercise at the hotel fitness center
- Eat yummy food and enjoy it, without going over
- BE EXCITED IM IN CT!!!
