Working out while at work

So today I was "that girl" at work ha! Thankfully I had a buddy right there next to me. Today at lunch because I get an hour break a co-worker and I went for a walk, nothing too long or hard but 30mins at about noon is quite the situation for me ha! Felt good to get in some exercise before eating my pizza (lean cuisine BBQ Chicken) for lunch.

Might have to go for another quick walk to make sure Harley lets me sleep tonight. Plus she likes to work on her fitness with her momma!

Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Todays Weight: 203.5

Tomorrow I will:
- walk at lunch time
- eat breakfast!!
- buy more vitamins (don't care if I sound like a kid, I like the gummy ones ha!)
