so I broke a dieting rule today .... fasting because you know you are going to eat a large evening meal. Why is this bad?
1. because most likely you dont need all the food you are eating that evening
2. eating a large meal late give your body less time to digest it
3. FASTING (other than religious reasons) IS BAD!
Now I will add I did not "fast" intentionally, I didn't wake up on time, ran into the family store, and so far have eaten 110 calories worth of pretzels and a quaker chewy granola bar. So I have eaten, but not enough calories for the time I have been awake and in motion.
Starting WEight: 210 lbs
Todays Weight: 210lbs (weigh in tomorrow)
Tomorrow I will:
- eat real meals and snacks
- not cry as I step on to the scale
- not let what my scale says either relax my intensity (gazelle life baby!) or cause me to spiral in to stress eating
