So today ... at exactly 5:00pm eastern time ... I weighed myself and almost fell of the scale ... I AM DOWN 6.5 POUNDS!!!!!! There you go, exactly what I needed to make me continue on with what I have been doing for another week.
This week will be a bit harder since:
1. My support/driving forces are in Florida for the week
2. My tennis coach is in Florida for the week (okay so its my mom but still ha!)
I am determined to make next week as good as this one. I may not reach another 6 lbs but as long as I loose 1 or more ... I am saying WIN week :)
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 203.5 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- remember to take my walking shoes to work to walk with the best co-workers ever!
- choose a lower calorie lunch so that choosing dinner will be easier
- take a snack for mid morning or mid afternoon that doesn't use 1/2 my calories for the day
