That's right I am currently writing in my weight loss blog while eating Doritos ha! Don't worry, I am only eating one serving, I am drinking water as I go, and eating them slow in case I fell full and can put the others away for another time. I really don't feel bad about it either ... mostly because I had a craving for Steak n Shake cheese fries on my way home from work today ha!
I think this is one of those times we all have to look at the process and say ... Its okay to indulge once a while, just keep focused on the goal and don't get crazy! ha!
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 203.5
Tomorrow I will:
- make the overnight oatmeal for Thursday breakfast
- remember to eat breakfast at home so I am not forced to use TOO many calories at einsteins
- find a walking partner for Friday when my co-worker is out for the day
