I LOVE BEER AND PIZZA!!!!! Sorry, it just needed to be said out loud ... and in all caps :)
I decided to have Yuengling (which is exceptional, but especially in Indiana since we cannot buy it here) and pizza with Canadian bacon, mushrooms, and green peppers .... its delicious! And a good tip that I have found ... get it "square cut" so that when you are eating 1/6 of the pizza (which is the lower calorie choice when its a small pizza) then it feels like even more pieces :)
Also, I ate Indian food for lunch ... really today is my "excellence in food" day! Just have to keep reminding myself that I need to pay for it with working out (today and tomorrow).
My workout of choice today: small walk with Harley, and Wii free step with 2lb weights (oh yeah, feel the burn!)

Todays Weight: 210lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- walk the dog before and after work
- treat myself to a pedicure because my toes are not pretty
- spend a WONDERFUL date night with my awesome boyfriend
