So its official ... you CAN loose weight while traveling and having meals paid for ha! I lost 1 lbs this week and I feel REALLY good about that. I honestly thought I would either maintain or gain this week after a couple of the days I had while on my trip. I do wish I would've made more of an effort to exercise while at the hotel, with all that equipment at my disposal, but still gotta be proud of what I have done!
I have been reading a lot of articals about the zig zag calorie intake theories. I am going to try out these theories this week ... so like today I ate a little under 1200 calories (mostly because I was lazy n didnt start meals until 11am), then tomorrow will be 1300, then 1200, then 1150, etc. I found a site reccomneded by a fellow dieter that I am using to decide the caloires for each day ... my fitness pal app is gonna be PISSED on those under 1200 calorie days LOL
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 200.5 lbs
Tomorrow I will:
- be excited to be back in the office not stressed ha!
- pack low calorie snacks to help those hungry times
- walk during lunch
