1. I will use the word fat, sorry if you do not like it but when I am talking about myself it's motivation not an insult.
2. I am an avid Dave Ramsey fan (hence the debt free part) and will do my very best to never spend, what I consider, unnecessary money along this journey.
3. I will relapse or get discouraged at one or more points. I do not feel it neccessary to lie and act like I won't because I am human and we are all weak sometimes.
3b. I will always get back on the "horse" and try again.
4. I will do my best to add some fun to this process, so that anyone who actually decides to read this doesn't bore themselves into a coma.
Tomorrow is Day 1 .... and I will be honest, I am not looking forward to it, because let's be honest anyone who thinks being on a constant diet and exercising their brains out is just a little sick in the head. Sorry, if you are that person, but in my world that mentality is concerning ha! I am excited though because my first workout session is going to be with the best workout partner on earth, my dog Harley.
I have below given you the basic format of what my other posts will kind of look like.
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Weight Today: 210 lbs
Feeling: Tired
6:30am - Walking 1-2 miles with Harley (she will want more ha!)
8-5pm - Work (because even chubby girls need a paycheck)
- I will eat fruit for breakfast
- I will eat a lean cuisine (rice and beans) for lunch
- I have no idea what is for dinner as I will not be making it ha!
6pm - Tennis with my mom
I will check in tomorrow, and let you know how things go!
