Weigh In and Pizza

Well it was weigh in day again and .... I LOST 2 MORE POUNDS!!!!

I am so over the moon, I have lost a total of 8.5 lbs over the past 2 weeks. It blows my mind how the simple changes I have made have really changed my body. And as you have all seen, there hasnt been a lot of time were I have been denied what I want to eat, or what I want to do with my time. Yes, I need to occasionally stop myself while eating Pizza to make sure I'm still hungry, and days where I have to verbally kick my butt to get a work out in ... but Ive been doing it, and I am SO pumped!

Oh and we had pizza tonight for dinner .... Grilled Chicken and Bacon :)

Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Current Weight: 201.5 lbs
Loss: 8.5 lbs

Tomorrow I will:
- walk the dog
- enjoy dinner with my family (including older brother)
- finishing packing for CT trip :)
